This is an amazing resort in a unique location in the Italian Dolomites. Facing breathtaking Dolomites, this eco friendly resort is ideal for those who love to hike, enjoy nature, experience the unique beauties of the Alpe di Siusi and its surrounding peaks in a pristine and world class setting. Staying at one of the 12 chalet represents a memorable experience per se, but the entire resort is simply a gem. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and fantastic food complete the experience.

Beautiful area, and Estate. Friendly staff all over the house ! Whether that was the parking assistant or reception or Spa people. Food is great and great variations are available . Gluten free cakes and breads we available all the time. Spa area is beautiful and very comfy. We had a Couple bath ! That was fantastic ! Service is top notch here👍🏻

Probably the best customer service I've ever seen. We got stranded up on the mountain in the evening and went here to ask for help calling up a car to get us down the mountain, as it was dark. Nicole offered to help take us back down to Ortisei after her shift, and asked for nothing in return! She was so friendly and generous to us. We were in the lodge for about 45 minutes, and it was definitely one of the most beautiful mountain lodges I've ever seen - an absolute dream. With such beautiful facilities and amazing staff, this is definitely one of the best places to stay in the dolomites. We really hope to come back here and stay soon!

Came here 2 years ago in the fall with 2 other couples and I can't wait to go back. One of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. From the 5 star restaurant, to the tranquil spa, to the incredible and ever changing views out of you hotel room window. The list of things to do and to be impressed about go on and on.

Hands down - the best hotel that I have ever stayed at! A real hidden gem where you feel like you have gotten away from the crowds in the very busy Dolomites! My husband and I stayed here over the summer and received fantastic service from the reception staff and the restaurant staff. The breakfasts were healthy and hearty and the dinners were Michelin quality! Just remember to bring your warm jumper even if you go in the summer time!

Exceptional!!! An experience vs a hotel stay. Beyond fantastic. The rooms are better than the photos. The meals are 5 star. The spa is perfect. And scenery/hiking is beyond compare.
